All our packaging supplies are manufactured in our manufacturing unit in China, to ensure that there is no compromise on the quality.

We happily share a template with you, for approval before commencing printing. However, once the design is approved by you and the supplies are printed, we cannot make any changes.

For custom printing order, customer needs to check and review artwork carefully, and send confirmation by email. All production will be subject to the approved artwork accordingly.

No future responsibility will be taken if any error or change is not found after artwork is confirmed.

We can print boxes/cups in any size.

• Coffee paper cups, clear cups, Ice cream cups: minimum 20K pcs to print for each size
• Fries Bowl, side trays Minimum 20K pcs to print
• Napkin: Minimum 40K pcs to print. Maximum 2 colours to print.
• Cardboard burger box/snack box: Minimum 20K to print each size
• Dinner box/Family box: Minimum 10k pcs to print
• Grease proof fries bags: Minimum 30k pcs to print.
• Foil Bags: Minimum 30k pcs to print.
• Paper bags with handle: Minimum 10k to print
• Non-woven bag with handle: Minimum 2k to print
• Catering/Grazing boxes: Minimum 2k pcs to print.
• Gift box, fruit box, boxes with Magnet: Minimum 1k pcs to print.
• Cake Boxes: Minimum 2k pcs to print.
• Stickers and labels, Minimum 10k pcs to print.
• Tape:  Minimum 500 rolls to print (100m per roll)

For special size or shape boxes, Minimum Order Quantity needs further discussion.  We don’t charge setting up costs at all.

Please be advised that you are required to pay a 30% deposit before printing. The balance 70% can be paid upfront or in installments as per your discussion with our team.

Since the nature of our products is custom, it will depend on your requirements and product type. Please contact us with the order quantity and requirements to get a detailed quote for the same. 

Yes, we offer storage options for excess packaging supplies if you are not able to store it with you. This is an additional service and comes with an additional cost. Please contact us for more information. 

If the final product is different from what you approved initially, we can offer you a refund or can do another print for you. However, if you disapprove of the initial design later, once it has passed the printing process, we would not be able to refund you for our services.

It takes 9-10 weeks for the items to arrive in Australia and be delivered to you from China.
